Closed-test privacy notes
How tester feedback should be handled during the Elder Dialler closed test.
Use tester codes where possible
Feedback should use a tester code, such as PTL-01, rather than unnecessary personal details.
What feedback may include
Feedback may include tester email, app version, device model, Android version, accessibility context, website pages used, task results, ratings, comments, defects and diagnostic-report references if a report is sent separately.
How the form is handled
The closed-test feedback form is processed by Un-static Forms and delivered to Elder Apps at support@elderapps.com. A copy may also be visible in the Un-static dashboard according to the form service settings and retention period.
What not to send
Do not send passwords, banking information, medical information, full contact lists or emergency-service test calls. Do not paste diagnostic ZIP contents into the form or an email.
Diagnostic reports
Diagnostic reports are optional and are sent only if the tester chooses to send them through the app support flow. Review any generated report before sending it.
Retention
Closed-test feedback and diagnostic references should be kept only as long as needed to review issues, support the Google Play production-access process, make release decisions and maintain necessary business records.
