AutoSOS

Set up automatic SOS sequencing.

AutoSOS is an Advanced option. When the normal SOS button is used, the user needs to manually press to call each contact in the SOS contact list. AutoSOS removes the need to manually call each later contact by setting up a countdown between SOS contacts.

  1. Configure SOS contacts first. Use family or carer contacts while learning the feature; do not use emergency-service numbers.
  2. Enable AutoSOS in Preferences.
  3. Choose a timeout value. Supported countdown values are 10, 15, 20 or 30 seconds.
  4. Start SOS manually. Only the first SOS contact needs to be manually triggered; after that the app continues using the selected timeout.
