Use the SOS button

Follow the configured SOS calling process when help is needed.

Important: Elder Dialler SOS makes ordinary phone calls to the contacts chosen during setup. It does not automatically contact emergency services and cannot guarantee that someone will answer.

Manual SOS calling

Start the SOS contact sequence

  1. Press and hold the SOS button. A quick tap only shows a reminder to hold the button.
  2. Check the first contact's name.
  3. Use the on-screen confirmation to start the call. Cancel if you do not want to continue.
  4. After a call, choose CALL NEXT to try the next configured contact.
  5. Choose STOP when you do not want to call another contact.

No contacts appear? Ask the family member or carer who set up the phone to check the SOS contacts.
