See who is calling and use the large Answer or Decline button.

When the phone rings

Answer or decline the call

  1. Look at the caller's name or photo. This helps you decide whether to answer.
  2. To speak with the caller, tap ANSWER once.
  3. If you do not want the call, tap DECLINE once.

Do not recognise the caller? You do not have to answer. Ask a family member or carer if you are unsure.
