Add contacts from call history

When Elder Dialler is pinned, new contacts can be added from missed calls shown in the call history.

Add a missed caller as a contact

  1. Press CALLS. This opens the Elder Dialler call history while the app remains in the simplified pinned experience.
  2. Find the missed call. Use the caller name or phone number shown in the list.
  3. Open the call-history action for that caller. Elder Dialler can offer an add-contact action when the caller is not already saved.
  4. Add the caller in Android Contacts. Save the person with a clear name, then return to Elder Dialler.
  5. Use the saved contact next time they call. Once saved, the person can be recognised by Elder Dialler and used in contact-based features where appropriate.

For speed-dial or SOS setup: unpin Elder Dialler first, then use Normal Mode or Preferences to assign the saved contact to a speed-dial button or SOS list.
